Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Requires 2+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and professionally.
• Answer inbound calls and document details accurately.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information into the system.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Obtain signatures and consent forms as needed.
• Coordinate case times for treatments or diagnostics in scheduling system.
• Process co-pays and payments.
• Assist with registration, insurance, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage voicemails and route messages for follow-up.
