Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare operations, hospital administration, or healthcare leadership experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing complex healthcare workflows.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with budgeting.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions of pediatrics outpatient services, ensuring efficient, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care delivery.
