Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s), including profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics. This role ensures high-quality care, patient and staff satisfaction, productivity, and access for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant credentials preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a medical office or equivalent; some supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
• Improves processes and the customer experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintains scheduling and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and supports promotions or disciplinary actions.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program is maintained.
• Supports quality improvement and disease management programs.
