Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Practice Manager for the Pediatrics unit within the Temple Faculty Practice. The role provides administrative, clinical and strategic support to department and site administrators, overseeing day-to-day operations and patient flow across outpatient locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with TFPP departments, driving program growth, and ensuring high patient satisfaction while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in progressively responsible administrative support or supervisory/ management roles.
• General experience in managerial roles within a complex organization is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient practice.
• Coordinates work with department and site administrators to promote growth and patient satisfaction.
• Leads process improvements and ensures compliance with policies and revenue cycle procedures.
