Job summary

Temple Faculty Practice is seeking a Practice Manager for the Pediatrics department at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia. The role supervises outpatient operations, supports department leadership and promotes patient satisfaction and revenue cycle performance.

You will coordinate with TFPP and other sites, oversee administrative and clinical workflows, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery. A Bachelor's degree is required with 5 years in management; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health or related field required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient pediatrics practices.
• Supervise office procedures and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with vendors and Temple University Health System for operations.
• Collaborate with site administrators to enhance patient satisfaction and revenue cycle performance.
