Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Hospital/Medical Director type physician to lead clinical services within the Northeast Pediatrics department in Naples, FL. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, supervision of ARNPs and PAs, and active involvement in strategic planning and management of patient care programs.

Qualifications

Licensed in Florida to practice medicine.
Board certification in the physician's specialty or board-eligible with certification within one year.
BLS or ALS certification within 3 months of hire.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Communicate with administrative/clinical staff to align requirements.
Develop and execute strategic plans with senior leadership.
Oversee medical services and supervise ARNPs and PAs.
Ensure patient care quality and accreditation standards for clinical programs.
Lead recruitment and contracting activities for the physician group.
