Job summary

NCH Healthcare System, Inc. in Naples, FL seeks a Physician leader to ensure clinical excellence across Medical Services. The role combines administrative, managerial, and direct patient care responsibilities, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

Responsibilities include supervision of ARNPs and PAs, strategic planning, and active involvement in managed care and community outreach to advance patient care quality.

Qualifications

• MD degree and Florida medical licensure required.
• Board certification in specialty, or board-eligible with certification within 12 months.
• BLS or ALS certification required within 3 months of hire; advanced certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies with administrative and clinical staff.
• Lead strategic planning with senior leadership and report to the Board.
• Drive performance improvement to ensure clinical excellence and accreditation.
• Recruit high-quality physicians and professional personnel for the group.
• Review and negotiate clinical contracts; support litigation readiness as needed.
• Provide direct patient care when required and supervise ARNPs and PAs.
