Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) is seeking a Physician Leader in Pediatrics to ensure clinical excellence and oversee medical services within the Physician Group. The role includes supervision of ARNPs and PAs, program design, and active involvement in strategic planning and marketing for patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Florida.
• Board Certified in area of specialty, or Board Eligible with completion of Board Certification within one year of employment.
• BLS/ALS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communication with Administrative/Clinical Staff.
• Organizational and Medical Ethics.
• Strategic Planning with Senior Leadership.
• Performance Improvement per Quality Care Committee.
• Physician Recruitment and contracting oversight.
• Litigation preparation and response.
• Clinical Philosophy of Care and supervision of ARNPs and PAs.
• Oversees medical care and clinical procedures for quality and integration.
• Clinical staffing oversight and professional development.
• Represent NCH Physician Group in community and professional settings.
• Managed care involvement: negotiations, contract reviews, payer communications.

Education

Licensed in the State of Florida

Board Certified in specialty (or Board Eligible with certification within 1 year)

BLS or ALS certification within 3 months of hire
