Job summary

NCH Healthcare System in Naples, FL, seeks an experienced Physician to lead Medical Services within the NCH Physician Group. The role combines administrative, clinical, and educational responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and fiscal accountability.

The physician will supervise ARNPs and PAs, oversee clinical programs, and drive performance improvement while collaborating with senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Florida.
• Board Certified in area of specialty, or Board Eligible with completion within one year.
• BLS or ALS certification within 3 months of hire as required by specialty.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise medical services and clinical programs.
• Develop long- and short-term strategic plans for the practice.
• Participate in managed care negotiations and contract reviews.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision of staff and clinicians.
• Represent the group in community engagement and professional activities.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
