Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed medical physician in Florida with board certification or eligibility.
• Proven leadership, communication and strategic planning capabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical and administrative programs.
• Proficient in standard office and clinical IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision within the NCH Physician Group.
• Develop and implement clinical and administrative strategies with positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administrators on governance and quality initiatives.
• Engage in marketing, recruitment, and contract-related activities for the group.
• Ensure compliance with patient rights and regulatory standards.
• Oversee patient care quality and clinical program integration.
