Renew Motion Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Newark, New Jersey team. You will assess and treat patients to improve mobility and quality of life, with a salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year.

Our outpatient office emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment. Telehealth options and in-person care are available to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited PT program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice as a PT in New Jersey.
• Willingness to perform both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to collaborate with diverse clients.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
• Customer service mindset prioritizing patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough PT evaluations for a diverse clientele, with pediatrics focus.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Reassess patient progress and modify treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using the EHR system within timelines.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and active participation.
