• Master’s Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited PT program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice as a PT in New Jersey.

As a Physical Therapist at Renew Motion Therapy, you will be working onsite in our outpatient office located in the vibrant city of Newark, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse clientele, predominantly focusing on children and their unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, continually adjusting them based on patient progress and feedback.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions through observation and clinical signs, making necessary modifications to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and goal progression.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans using our integrated electronic health record system, adhering to prescribed timelines.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, empowering them to actively participate in their rehabilitation and understand potential challenges.
• Meet specified productivity targets and contribute to departmental business objectives through effective service delivery and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the organization, ensuring coordinated care for clients receiving multiple therapy services.
