Renew Motion Therapy in Berkeley Heights, NJ seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our onsite rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on evaluating, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, with a multidisciplinary approach, use EHR documentation, and collaborate across specialties while supporting patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their physical capabilities, limitations, and overall condition.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic exercises, ensuring alignment with best practices in physical rehabilitation.
• Regularly reassess patients' clinical signs, symptoms, and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, the recovery process, and any potential challenges, providing guidance and emotional support throughout their journey.
• Meet established utilization goals and collaborate on business objectives to promote the success and sustainability of our facility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when patients receive multiple therapy services, fostering an integrated approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Renew Motion Therapy, you will be entrusted with treating a diverse patient population. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
