Renew Motion Therapy in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and quality of life for diverse clients. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, documenting progress using SOAP

Qualifications

• Requires a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• In-person and telehealth evaluations as clinically appropriate.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and patient education.
• Strong documentation and clinical note skills (SOAP notes).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans including exercises, manual therapy, and gait training.
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions using the EHR with SOAP notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and recovery.
