Job summary

Renew Motion Therapy in Clifton, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to conduct detailed evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and help patients progress toward recovery within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, with opportunities for telehealth and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or DPT, NJ licensure, and a passion for evidence-based practice and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and treatment sessions in-person and via telehealth.
• Strong desire to work with a diverse patient population across ages and backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication skills fostering trust with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess patients and adjust therapies as needed.
• Document all patient interactions and plans in the EHR system.
• Educate patients and families about recovery and care processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues within Renew Motion Therapy to coordinate care.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
