Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of medical support functions in an ambulatory care setting, typically with 3+ years of medical practice experience including 1+ years in a lead/direction role.
• Demonstrated organizational, leadership and teamwork skills with strong problem-resolution abilities.
• Ability to use electronic tools and applications relevant to the position (phone, keyboard, computer, apps).
• Proven ability to comply with federal, state, local and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily clinical support operations within area of responsibility, ensuring access, service and cost standards.
• Operationalizes Service Line and organizational initiatives with mentor guidance.
• Builds strong communication with physicians, nursing, and other supervisors to enhance service line success.
• Monitors policies and systems, ensuring proper staff coverage and back-up as needed.
• May provide back-up supervisory support for other areas or locations across regions.
