Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking an Operations Administrator for Sinai Hospital’s Department of Pediatrics. The role drives access, throughput, workflow efficiency, patient experience, and compliance while supervising subspecialty day-to-day activities and supporting the Director and managers.

Responsibilities include managing patient access, scheduling, revenue cycle operations, performance reporting, and AR/AP functions, with the incumbent acting as Director in their absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience as a Practice Manager running multiple offices; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic objectives related to access, throughput, workflow efficiency, patient experience and compliance.
• Oversees business functions including patient access, scheduling, revenue cycle operations, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Participates in accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Acts as acting Director in the Director's absence.
