Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a patient services specialist at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore to register and schedule outpatient appointments, enter charges, collect co-pays and manage medical records. The role also includes obtaining authorizations and supporting professional and hospital revenue cycle functions in line with LBH policies.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of related experience and is committed to accurate, compliant patient account handling within a busy hospital setting.

Summary

Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays, medical record functions, secures authorizations, in addition to performing key billing functions to support professional and hospital revenue cycle processes in accordance with established LBH and departmental policies and procedures.

Experience

Pay Range: $18.19 to $27.29 Based On Experience
