• Lead Digital Access initiatives to improve patient access and workflow.
• Set goals and plans for business growth and liaison with administration and physicians.
• Manage staff schedules and office coverage during hours.
• Respond to and resolve patient billing issues; act as liaison with billing.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and train staff.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and NY state compliance.
