Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics, a MANA Clinic, is seeking a Business Office Assistant who understands medical records, referrals, physician scheduling, and other support duties. The role will float to assist as needed for back office staff including the Business Office Manager and Clinic Director.

This position offers exposure to multiple clinic operations and requires strong organizational skills. You will support front-facing and back-office teams, manage portal messages, coordinate referrals,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting medical records personnel by scanning and sourcing sensitive information.
• Assisting medical records source through faces, emails, and portal messages on eClinicalWorks.
• Assisting the Medicaid Referral Coordinator with referral responsibilities and coordination.
• Distributing portal messages to appropriate personnel/department.
• Answering a busy multi-line phone system.
