Qualifications

• Preferred certifications: ARMA, AMT, CCMA, AAMA, NCMA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and equipment; educate patients; coordinate schedules to improve access.
• Take patient vitals and assist with procedures as directed by a provider.
• Document care accurately in patient records and CIS/Centricity as required.
• Assist with referrals, orders, prior authorizations, and scheduling of procedures.
• Support smooth patient hand-offs and effective communication with the care team.
• Cross-train in other practices or departments as organizational needs dictate.
