Job summary

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is hiring pediatricians for multiple Dallas/Fort Worth clinics. We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN options with a starting pay of $95–$105 per hour plus biweekly productivity bonuses and annual raises, supporting a flexible schedule and work-life balance.

You will provide evidence-based pediatric urgent care, with in-house x-rays for minor fractures, laceration repairs, and EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible pediatrician
• Must pass criminal background check
• American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification required prior to start date
• Enjoys working with children!

Responsibilities

• Work with your team to provide excellent medical care to our patients
• Assess and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries
• Evaluate minor fractures (in-house x-rays performed)
• Perform laceration repair (glue, staples, stitches)
• Document visits in EHR
• Supervise APPs - Separate Stipend

With a starting salary range of $95.00 - $105.00 per hour AND biweekly productivity bonuses and annual raises we provide a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance. What You Need (Qualifications)

• Board certified/eligible Pediatrician
• Must pass criminal background check

When We Operate (Schedule)

• Rotating Weekends
• Clinic Hours are as follows:
• Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Sat-Sun: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Available to travel to other clinics as needed
