The role involves collaboration with medical directors, performing patient assessments, and treatment initiation. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in pediatric settings, proficiency in urgent care procedures, and must hold a valid Texas RN license with current PALS certification. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pediatric NP or PA experience required.
• Proven proficiency in laceration repair and initial fracture management.
• Valid and unencumbered Texas RN license necessary.
• PALS certification current through AHA or American Red Cross.
• Texas RN license and active national certification (PNP-BC, FNP-BC, NCCPA).
