6 Degrees Search is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team in Northeastern Oregon. The position offers a four 10-hour day schedule in a rural outpatient clinic with EPIC EHR and on-site support, including scribes and behavioral health integration.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits, and acute illness management to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 shared call rotation alongside four experienced physicians
• Utilize EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support provided for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day
• Collaborate closely with on-site behavioral health specialists, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Foster long‑term, trusting relationships with children and families in the surrounding rural community
