Zaddy Solutions in Northeastern Oregon seeks a Pediatrician to join a rural, hospital-employed system. The role is outpatient, with a four-day work week and strong support staff including scribes and behavioral health services.

New graduates are welcome. Compensation includes incentives, relocation support, loan assistance, and a robust benefits package in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for credentialing).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management for pediatric patients.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with dedicated support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff, and care teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community.
