Medconnect in Northeastern Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join an established Women’s and Children’s Clinic. You’ll provide outpatient pediatric care in a supportive rural community setting with strong clinical support, Epic EMR, and on-site behavioral health and laboratory services.

An independent, not-for-profit health system in Northeastern Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join an established Women’s and Children’s Clinic.

Practice Schedule

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is the schedule.

Physicians work:

4 ten-hour days per week

This provides a consistent full-time schedule while preserving an additional day away from clinic each week.

Clinical Practice

The Pediatrician will practice in an established outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Patient-Centered Medical Home environment.

Practice Details
  • Outpatient pediatrics
  • Average 15–20 patients per day
  • 1:4 call, currently shared among 4 physicians
  • 1:1 medical support staff
  • Behavioral health available on-site
  • Laboratory services on-site

Physicians averaging 15 or more patients per day are provided with a scribe, helping reduce administrative burden and allowing providers to spend more time focused on patient care.

Established Pediatric Team

You’ll join a supportive pediatric team consisting of:

  • 4 physicians
  • 1 Nurse Practitioner
  • Dedicated 1:1 medical support staff
