H. T. PROF Group in rural northeastern Oregon seeks a compassionate Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team of 4 physicians and 1 AP.

Enjoy a four-day work week, outpatient clinic focus, and strong on-site support with scribes and behavioral health integration. New graduates are welcome. You’ll provide primary and preventive pediatric care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a 1:4 call schedule.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for immediate credentialing.
• Commitment to high-quality pediatric outpatient care in a rural community.
• Interest in rural, community-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive visits for pediatric patients.
• Manage acute illnesses in an outpatient clinic setting.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, labs, and care teams.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support.

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days

A premier, hospital-employed healthcare system in rural Northeastern Oregon is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join a caring, collaborative team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner.

Operating as an Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home, this facility offers an ideal setting for providers who value schedule flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits, and acute illness management to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• See an average of 15-20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 shared call rotation alongside four experienced physicians
• Utilize EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support provided for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day
• Collaborate closely with on-site behavioral health specialists, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Foster long-term, trusting relationships with children and families in the surrounding rural community
• RVU Production Bonuses: Earn additional incentive pay based on annual threshold metrics
• Quality Incentives: Earn up to $30,000 annually in performance incentives
• Commencement Bonus: $40,000 sign-on/relocation incentive

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
