Formación

• Two year ADN or Diploma Nursing degree required.
• BSN preferred or RN to BSN program in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions to determine initial level of care and treatment.
• Evaluates patient responses, documents progress, and shares observations with team and families.
• Ensures compliance with medication, storage and documentation standards and regulations.
• Provides unit and system orientation to patients and families.
• Supervises and mentors assigned staff, providing feedback on care delivery and safety.
