St. Louis Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (12 hours) with weekend and holiday commitments as required by the department.

The role emphasizes high-quality pediatric care in a Magnet-designated hospital, aligned with the BJC RN Career Ladder for professional growth. Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, 2 years of RN experience, and experience in vascular access or infusion.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2 years of RN experience preferred.
• Vascular access or infusion experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team.
