Job summary

Kiri is building a family health intelligence platform that extends clinical care into the home. We seek advisory board members who are leaders in payer strategy, value-based care, and reimbursement for pediatric health programs.

This is a fully remote, US-based advisory role with a light monthly time commitment and equity opportunities. You will help shape evidence requirements, quality measures alignment (HEDIS), and strategic introductions across payers and networks.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience in payer, value-based care, or reimbursement programs.
• Proven ability to guide health plans on clinical integration and evidence requirements.
• Experience with pediatric populations and Medicaid/CHIP plans is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise how health plans decide to pilot or cover new tools and what evidence is needed.
• Guide strategy on pediatric population health, quality measures, and HEDIS alignment.
• Advise on value-based contracting and how home-based pediatric data supports risk-bearing providers.
• Guide reimbursement strategy, including applicable codes and payment pathways.
• Open doors to health plans and practice groups operating under delegated risk.
• Make introductions across payer, provider networks, and value-based care networks.
