Kiri seeks pediatric advisory board members to help integrate home health data into clinical workflows and pilot programs. You will guide how data informs triage, referrals, and follow-up with real-world impact for families and clinicians.

As an advisor, you will shape reimbursement concepts, connect with multi-site practices, and define measurable outcomes for remote patient monitoring pilots. Advisory equity and paid project work are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience advising pediatric practices or MSOs is preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into practical pilots and pilots.
• Understanding of value-based arrangements and reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Advise how Kiri fits into real pediatric practice from referral through follow-up.
• Guide pilot design to measure impact on call volume and family engagement.
• Advise on reimbursement, applicable codes, and payment pathways for home data.
• Assist multi-site rollout decisions across locations.
• Open doors to pediatric groups for paid pilots.
• Share operating experiences from building or scaling a practice group.
