Job summary

Kiri is seeking experienced founders or executives to join its advisory board, offering equity and paid advisory engagements. This fully remote role focuses on helping turn pilots into paid contracts, validating the enterprise sales motion, and guiding the company from seed stage toward a scalable go-to-market strategy.

Ideal candidates have a background in healthcare, healthtech, or pediatrics with a track record of scaling digital health businesses and bringing them to acquisition or IPO.

Qualifications

• Founder/CEO with healthcare or digital health experience.
• C-suite executive with revenue growth through acquisition or IPO.
• Experience building B2B2C or provider-channel digital health products.

Responsibilities

• Advise on converting pilots into paid contracts and building a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
• Pressure-test the B2B2C model, pricing, and the path from licensing revenue to recurring revenue.
• Advise on capital strategy, seed round positioning, and investor readiness.
• Share hard-won lessons from founding, scaling, selling, or exiting a healthcare or technology company.
• Make introductions to health systems, payers, strategic partners, and capital sources.
• Serve as a trusted sounding board to the founding team through the seed stage.
