Kiri seeks pediatric advisory board members to help integrate home health data into clinical workflows and pilot programs. You will guide how data informs triage, referrals, and follow-up with real-world impact for families and clinicians.
As an advisor, you will shape reimbursement concepts, connect with multi-site practices, and define measurable outcomes for remote patient monitoring pilots. Advisory equity and paid project work are offered.
Every pediatric practice runs on the same constraint. Visits are short, phone lines are busy, and the information that matters most about a child arrives as a parent trying to remember what happened three weeks ago. Practices absorb the cost in triage calls, after-hours messages, and visits that start from scratch.
And it is getting harder. Eleven of twenty pediatric subspecialties average one or fewer specialists available per 100,000 children, and waits for a new patient in the hardest-hit subspecialties run 13 to 21 weeks. While a family waits for a referral, the practice absorbs the questions. When specialists are scarce, more care falls to parents at home.
Kiri is a family health intelligence platform that extends clinical care into the home. Parents capture their child’s health on the Kiri mobile app, and Kiri turns it into a structured, clinically relevant longitudinal record that pediatricians can use to monitor and deliver better care. Kiri tells parents what to do next and when to call the doctor, and its visit scribe turns appointments into plain-language follow-ups and reminders. The platform includes voice journaling, AI-based trends and insights, AI specialists across seven pediatric domains, and sleep tools. Kiri’s data model is built to a clinical standard and shaped by a clinical advisory group spanning nine pediatric specialties. It is HIPAA-aligned, with guidance grounded in AAP, CDC, WHO, and AASM standards.
Kiri is built to multiply every clinician. Nine weeks of home data read in thirty seconds: what changed, what crossed a guideline threshold, and what to discuss today. Kiri does not diagnose; the clinician decides.
Kiri was founded by Larry Tsai, who has spent more than 25 years building consumer technology products, including six years helping build Fitbit’s first five wearables through its IPO, and who later co-founded and raised a deep technology venture fund that invested in sixteen companies. Pediatricians at Sutter Health are already referring families to Kiri.
“My daughter was six when she was diagnosed with autism. The signs were there years earlier, I just didn’t know which ones mattered, or how to connect them over time. You don’t know what you don’t know. No parent should have to piece together their child’s health from memory, a fragmented search history and chat windows. I built Kiri so the 99% of a child’s health that happens at home is finally visible to the people trained to act on it.” - Larry Tsai, Co-Founder and CEO

Kiri is building its advisory board as the company moves from launch to clinical integration, with a goal of two to three paid B2B2C pilot contracts ahead of its seed round. We are looking for pediatric practice, group, and MSO leaders who can:
Advise on how Kiri fits into a real pediatric practice, from referral through follow-up and triage
Guide pilot design so a practice can measure impact on call volume, visit efficiency, and family engagement
Advise on reimbursement, including what is billable, which codes apply, and how a practice gets paid for home-based data
Advise on how a multi-site group or MSO decides to roll out a new tool across locations
Open doors to pediatric group practices, IPAs, and MSOs for paid pilots
Share operating lessons from building, scaling, or selling a practice or practice group
A practice owner or managing partner who has founded, scaled, or sold a pediatric or family medicine practice
A CEO, COO, or President of a pediatric MSO, IPA, or multi-site practice group with P&L responsibility
A pediatric physician leader who has built a group through acquisition, affiliation, or private equity partnership
A practice management or physician services executive at the VP level or above who has scaled a provider organization
Direct experience with pediatric operations, value-based arrangements, or remote patient monitoring billing is a strong plus.
An advisory board title and advisor equity under a FAST agreement, granted after sustained contribution
Paid project work for advisors who take on defined engagements
Public recognition on Kiri’s website and in its materials, with approval over how your name is used, and a link to your practice or organization
A seat alongside a founder who helped build Fitbit’s first five wearables through its IPO
A time commitment of approximately 1 to 2 hours per month, fully remote, with group calls and ad hoc input by email. Northern California is a plus for in-person clinic pilots.
