Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Degree or relevant Certificate (e.g., Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator) may be substituted for experience

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones; direct calls and assist patients and families
• Schedule appointments and manage registration and charge entry
• Handle payment posting, batch balancing, and cash reconciliation
• Maintain front-office duties and operate basic office equipment
