Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience.
• Degree or relevant certificate (e.g., Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator) may be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and families; answering phones and directing calls.
• Scheduling, registration, charge entry, payment posting.
• Operates basic office equipment and supports front desk operations.
