Phoenix Children's is seeking a PART TIME Clinical Supervisor for the Urgent Care network in Phoenix. The role leads shift operations, ensures timely patient care, and collaborates with nursing and admin staff to maintain high-quality pediatric care.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a leadership role, 3+ years nursing experience (pediatrics preferred), and prior leadership in urgent care or ER settings. Weekend rotations and 4-hour weekday shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; pediatrics preferred.
• Leadership experience in urgent care or emergency room setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates/leads daily clinical operational activities to ensure quality family-centered care.
• Manages patient throughput and coordinates admissions, discharges, transfers, and rounding.
• Oversees staffing processes and assigns tasks to match patient needs with staff competencies.
• Monitors unit environment and ensures supplies and resources needed for safe care.
• Documents scheduling, occurrence reports, concerns, and quality indicators in real time.
• Provides ongoing reports to the oncoming Clinical Supervisor about throughput, staffing, and environment.
