Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience advantageous.
• Ability to obtain lab tests via nasal swab and venipuncture.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and strong communication.
• Familiarity with EMR/medical software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Greet and register patients as they arrive.
• Obtain medical history, vital signs, and intake.
• Prepare patients for X-rays and assist in labs.
• Irrigate wounds and assist with procedures.
• Maintain exam rooms and waiting area, ensure supplies.
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in emergencies and notify medical team as needed.
• Support patient care team within scope of practice.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
