Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network. is seeking a per diem Medical Receptionist to support the Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic in Olympia. You will be the first in-person contact, greeting patients, answering phones, and guiding families through scheduling and registration.

The role requires excellent customer service, discretion, and a professional phone manner. Opportunities to pick up shifts at other Pediatric Urgent Care locations in Gig Harbor and Tacoma may be available.

Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and answer phones.
• Direct calls and assist patients/families as needed.
• Handle scheduling, registration and payment postings.
