Qualifications

• Pediatric care experience within past 3 years, min 6 months.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or LVN with Texas license.
• BLS certification required (online renewal accepted).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA-Waived Testing, and EMR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients upon arrival.
• Assist provider with procedures and patient care (including radiology, vaccines, phlebotomy).
• Document visits in EMR (eMDs).
• Front desk tasks: insurance verification, patient registration, payments.
• Provide patient education and follow-up information.
