• Participate in in-service programs and care rounds for plan updates.
• Support unit environment maintenance and related tasks.
• Greet patients and families; answer calls and orient to hospital systems.
• Assemble admission charts and enter demographic data.
• Update charts and transfer records to Health Information Management.
