Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients, families, visitors, and physicians while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answering telephones, call bells, and intercoms; directing requests to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate patient information.
• Entering physician orders and updating patient records using electronic medical record systems.
• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining reports and unit documentation.
• Supporting the daily operations of the nursing station by maintaining supplies and organized work areas.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to promote efficient workflows.
