Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients, families, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service
• Answering phones, directing requests, and coordinating inquiries to the right team
• Managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate records
• Entering physician orders and updating patient information in the EMR
• Maintaining unit reports and documentation
• Supporting daily nursing station operations and supplies
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure efficient workflows and patient care
