Muir Station Smiles is seeking a skilled Pediatric Treatment coordinator to join our team. As an TC, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will work closely with patients, providing assistance during dental procedures and helping to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We are in search of a new Treatment Coordinato r who possesses a warm, outgoing demeanor and a keen eye for detail. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Thriving in our dynamic environment, you will lead with precision and creativity, upholding high standards of administrative excellence while cultivating a positive atmosphere for both staff and patients. Schedule:

• This is a full-time position
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
• Friday - 7am - 3pm
• possible Saturday 8am - 5pm

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferred 2+ years of experience working in pediatrics dental practice.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
• Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
• Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
• Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
• Bilingual - the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required.
