Job summary

D4C Dental in the United States is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to help families access clear treatment plans and financing options. The role combines front-office tasks with light dental assisting, enabling teamwork and reliable patient care.

The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding the practice values.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
  • X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Present financial treatment plans to patients and discuss options.
  • Coordinate front office tasks with clinical dental assisting.
  • Support team with insurance processing and patient scheduling.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in daily duties.

Education/Credentials:
  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.

Working conditions:
  • Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
