Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who can bridge front office operations with clinical dental assisting to support children’s care.

You will present financial treatment plans, navigate dental insurance, and multi-task in a team-focused environment. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with bilingual ability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Work with dental insurance processes and claims.

Requirements

Education/Credentials:

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.

Job-related experience:

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
