Advocate Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Interfacility Transport Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our team for the 3rd shift. You will provide respiratory care and lead clinical decisions during interfacility transports to Advocate Children’s Hospitals in Oak Lawn/Park Ridge.

The role emphasizes neonatal and pediatric transport, collaboration with Transport RN and TMCP, adherence to protocols, and ongoing professional development within a nationally recognized program.

Qualifications

• Experience as a respiratory therapist in interfacility transport.
• Ability to lead and coordinate transport teams.
• Knowledge of neonatal/pediatric critical care protocols.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care during interfacility transports.
• Perform airway management and IV access as needed.
• Coordinate with TMCP and transport RN for safe transfers.
• Ensure patient documentation and handover are complete.
