Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join a six-APP pediatric kidney and liver transplant team. The role includes inpatient and outpatient coverage, coordinating care for transplant patients, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Pediatric NP or PA license in Arizona with inpatient transplant experience. Schedule includes 10-hour weekdays and 5-hour weekend shifts, with 24/7/365 call coverage

Qualifications

• NP/PA license in Arizona (Pediatric) required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of NP/PA experience in pediatrics or transplant preferred.
• Previous inpatient clinical experience in transplant patients required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient coverage for pediatric liver and kidney transplant programs as part of a six-APP team.
• Provide outpatient coverage for the liver transplant program.
• Coordinate care, discharge education, and immunosuppressant management for transplant patients.
