Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Arlington, TX is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN) for pediatric home health care. You will support medically fragile children with high-acuity needs, training families, and ensuring safe continuity of care in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN or LVN/LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with Trach care and Ventilator management.
• Emergency response management experience.
• High-acuity pediatric patients experience (preferred).
• Pediatric home health experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing 1:1 care in patients’ homes.
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations; administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Support hospital-to-home transitions for high-acuity patients.
• Educate and support parents, families, and caregivers.
• Assist with discharge support and care coordination.
• Train and support permanent field nurses during transitions.
• Provide first-shift and interim coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Care Managers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations and changes in patient condition.
