Job summary

Bethany Children’s Health Center is seeking a Patient Navigator to coordinate care for pediatric patients and families in Bethany, OK. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to arrange transports, scheduling, and specialist rounds while advocating for patients and families.

This role emphasizes a strong patient-centered focus and flexibility to adapt to changing workload. Requirements include a Diploma Nursing Program and an active RN/LPN license in Oklahoma, plus BLS and PALS

Qualifications

• Completion of diploma Nursing Program and ability to read/write English.
• Minimum of two years' RN/LPN experience; pediatric experience preferred.
• Current OK RN or LPN license; BLS and PALS certifications; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health care needs of patients and connect families to resources.
• Assist with transports, scheduling, and coordination of internal specialists.
• Act as patient advocate and maintain communication across care teams.
• Support care plan transitions and follow-up with providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
