Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience required (Associate/Diploma prepared).
• If hired without a BSN/MSN, enroll in a BSN/MSN within 1 year and finish within 5 years.
• BSN or MSN preferred; license validation may be required for foreign graduates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance within the department and hospital (safety, accreditation standards).
• Assist leadership in compliance efforts and CMS standards.
• Document care plans, outcomes, and patient/family education.
• Provide structured education to patients and families using teach-back approach.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in shared governance.
